Frequently asked questions

• When will my vaccines be delivered?

  Just when you need them. At least 50% of reserved Fluzone vaccine doses will be delivered by September 30, 2012 and 100% of reserved doses will be delivered by October 31, 2012. Members also receive a priority reservation for the following year (opt-out options are available).

• How do I use the Portfolio Incentive credits I earn?

  Credits must be used against Fluzone vaccine purchases, including your current-year reservation once it ships and bills. The Fluzone vaccine portfolio is the broadest available and consists of 3 unique products to meet your patients' needs.

• Is there a return guarantee for unused products?

  Yes. To protect you from the financial risk of unused doses, we offer the opportunity to return up to 25% of your unused doses of Fluzone vaccines upon expiration.^d Returnability applies to reservations placed by March 31, 2012. Returns must be received by August 31, 2013.

• When will I see my savings?

  Members receive applicable savings upon ordering.
